Course Description
Mental illness can affect anyone in the workplace at any time. It can be hidden and be a risk to your health as well as those around you. In this course you will be learning the important of being aware of your mental health and those around you.
By the end of the course you will:
- Understand the stigma around mental health
- Know the common types of mental illness
- Be able to identify symptoms of mental illness
- Know how to offer support and when to seek emergency intervention
- Be able to improve your one mental health.
Students can access the Mental Health Awareness online course material 24 hours per day, seven days per week. When you pass the final assessment required at the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion to showcase your newfound knowledge of Mental Health Awareness.
